If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or different product. Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

• Food and Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to nadyah@prcc-chgo.org and follow these steps:

1. Provide your name and telephone number.
2. State the reason for the refund or exchange.
3. Description of Product you are returning.
4. Attach a picture of the product to the email.

After your email is received, we will process your request and provide you with further instructions to complete the process.
